Gulf Coast Epilepsy Alliance (GCEA) assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the vendor or their merchandise.

You will provide your own liability insurance.

You will obtain any necessary permits/licenses for selling your products/services.

Set-up as early as 8:00 AM.

Our Pop-Up Market officially opens at 1:00 PM.

Walter Hall Park, League City TX, closes at 10:00 PM

A volunteer will be available on-site to provide guidance.

Ensure there are two individuals present at your tent at all times during the event to ensure continuous coverage.

You are responsible for providing your own table, pop-up tent, tent weights, chairs, etc.

A 12 x 12 Outdoor Space is provied on Grass/Lawn.

Pop-Up Tents will be lined up side-by-side.

Electricity is not provided.

Restrooms are available on-site, next to the Pop-Up Market.
